Happy One Year!

Two Happy Cooks is approaching our one year “blogiversay” in just a few days! A big thank you to you, our readers, for joining us in year one. We love the blog because it gives us an excuse to cook, eat, write, play and share. It’s not just about the food – it’s about the stories, the people, and the joy of creating.

Our 2 goals for year 2:
1. Better Photos. It may be time to upgrade beyond iPhone photos and the ramshackle homemade “studio” we made for $15. (This is comprised of a paper towel holder, a clamp, a cheap light from home depot and a tri-fold white board). Better photos might include investing in one or more of the following: a light box, lights, a new camera and/or photography lessons.

2. More Dialogue. I’m full of questions. About everything. Mike is often amazed at how many questions I ask. So we’ll pose more of them to you with the hope you’ll answer. We want to hear what you think!

On that note – what are your favorite types of posts on Two Happy Cooks? What bores you? What do you want to see more of or less of? Feel free to post, email, text or call any time!

Until We Eat Again,
Two Happy Cooks

Reading the blog is like reading a travel magazine. It lets me learn about new experiences without going there. Keep up the stories and the adventure!
